I would say the most memorable moments happened outside of the theatre - the many hours of rehearsals where it was just a massive "try to not laugh" game.

What is the best play or musical you have watched and why?

My favorite musical is called "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." Without an overarching plot, it achieved the purpose that it sets forth: life doesn't always have a plot. They're moments to enjoy, laugh at, and cry to. Years down the line, we won't always remember every plot point of every play, but we'll remember laughing, crying, and all the other colorful emotions that theatre has made us feel. Isn't that the point of theatre?
